Nero do Toscana is an Italian kale that is not only highly nutritious but is also beautifully ornamental. It's easy to grow and is very winter hardy, producing wonderful dark green savoyed leaves much of the year.
Can be eaten raw as baby leaves or cooked as you would cabbage or other greens. A great source of vitamin C.
